Can you please hold a date for me while I decide?
No, dates are reserved once a contract has been drawn up on a first come first serve basis.
Do you have a party size minimum?
Yes, part minimum is 125 guests (only for Saturday bookings)
Do you have specific time slots available for Saturday bookings?
Yes, parties are booked between the hours of 12-4pm or 7-11pm
Do you have table center pieces that I can use?
Yes, we have center pieces that you are welcome to use.
If I want my own centerpieces, are there any regulations?
Yes, if candles are a part of your center pieces or decorations, they must be enclosed in a globe, water, deep tea light holders, etc.
What time can I get to the hall to decorate?
The hall will be open 3 hours prior to your event for DJ's, the florist, and bakery to setup. Other accessories can be dropped off to the caterer and placed out during setup, unless other arrangements are made. (Keep in mind you have only rented the hall for the time noted on your contract)
Do you charge to cut my wedding cake?
No, we cut and serve your wedding cake at no charge.
Can I have the left over food packaged to go?
No, due to health code regulations we are not permitted to allow any food off the premises.
What happens if I cancel my event?
If your event is cancelled for any reason, you will lose your deposit.
Is your facility in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)?
Yes, our parking, building and bathrooms are all handicap accessible.
Can I book a Saturday for the whole day (for example, I plan to get married at 2PM)?
Yes, your estimated number of guests must be at a minimum of 125 and you will have to pay the prime amount of $950 for the whole day.
What is my rental fee if I have both my reception and ceremony at the RSBH?
The All-Day rental fee is required when both the ceremony and reception are held at the hall.
